OnePlus 13 Mini will have a large 6,000 mAh battery in a compact body

Last week, blogger DigitalChatStation (DCS) said that OnePlus is planning to launch a new smartphone called “OnePlus 13 Mini” in April 2025. The reputable blogger has now revealed some more details about this compact flagship product.
According to DCS, the OnePlus 13 Mini will be equipped with a 6,000 mAh battery, despite its smaller size compared to previous models. In addition, OnePlus and Oppo are researching to develop larger batteries for upcoming devices, with capacities ranging from 6,500 mAh to 7,000 mAh, expected to be introduced in the second half of the year.


Previous leaks said that the OnePlus 13 Mini will have a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K, surrounded by thin bezels. The phone will feature a triple camera setup, including a 50-megapixel Sony IMX906 primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

On the inside, the OnePlus 13 Mini will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, support for wireless charging, an in-display optical fingerprint sensor, and a glass back. More details about the product will be revealed as the launch approaches.

In a recent report, DCS claimed that the OnePlus 13 Mini will feature a 6,000mAh battery, despite its compact size. The report also claims that OnePlus as well as OPPO are working on larger batteries for their upcoming devices, which could range from 6,500mAh to 7,000mAh. These devices are likely to launch in the second half of this year.
